• More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus administrative fee (€50)
• 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before course start: No refund

8.2 Rescheduling by Client

You may request to reschedule your sessions:

• More than 48 hours notice: Free rescheduling (up to 2 times)
• Less than 48 hours notice: Rescheduling fee may apply
• No-show: Session is forfeited with no refund

8.3 Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

• Instructor illness or emergency
• Insufficient enrollment
• Force majeure events

In such cases, you will receive full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

9. Client Obligations and Conduct

As a client, you agree to:

• Arrive punctually for scheduled sessions
• Complete any required preparatory work
• Participate actively and respectfully in all sessions
• Respect the intellectual property rights of instructors and materials
• Not record sessions without explicit written permission
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants
• Not engage in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior
• Provide honest feedback to help us improve our services

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if you violate these conduct requirements.
